Listed project at Binderton

The Grade 2 listed house is part of a former large country house  divided in post war years to form several houses and apartments.Parts of the property date from the 17th century and was at one time a prime minister's country residence. 

This project was the conversion replique montre of an existing outbuilding to form a new kitchen and dining area, with doors to the courtyard garden. The large roof space above the kitchen/ dining area was opened up to give space and light to the room.

A pitched roof and dormer windows were added to the flat roofed garage to create annexe accommodation, and improve the look of the courtyard garden. Clay tiles and lead barrel vault dormers were constructed which replicate those on the existing roof.
