New House, East Preston, West Sussex

 A new build one off house on a private estate close to the beach at East Preston, West Sussex.

The existing bungalow on the site was demolished and a new bespoke house for the client was constructed. The initial design and planning were carried out by another architect. We were asked to become involved after the planning stage and lead the project through all the stages until completion. A detached pool house was added during the build which we designed and supervised.
